We provide you with advice and coaching in the initial phase of the project.  Whether your project is a small one such as a brochure layout or a full scale brand identity campaign, we will let you know exactly what you need, what you don't need and what you can expect from us. 

Once the project has been approved, we will establish a budget, a timeline and you will be assigned a project leader.  Your project leader will take a personal approach to your project and will take full responsibility for deadlines, approvals, bid vetting, fabrication and printing management, and every other aspect of your project.

As your project winds down, we won't let you down.  We stand by our products and services and give you full support.  Should you lose your logo discs, or need a new address placed on a publication layout, we will handle your request as if it's the most important task in the office and make sure that you get immediate, personal service.
